Each of its two sections include two wire shelves protected with durable, corrosion-resistant epoxy. For additional resistance to corrosion, its interior is constructed of aluminum.

To ensure durability and longevity, the exterior of the Beverage-Air UCF36AHC undercounter freezer is constructed primarily of scratch- and dent-resistant stainless steel. Maintaining temperatures at or below 0 degrees Fahrenheit, it utilizes environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Mounted on casters for mobility, this unit is equipped with an interior thermometer.
