By using the monitoring technology on its easyTouch® display, the Manitowoc IDT0750W Indigo NXT™ ice cube machine head provides 24-hour diagnostics results and encourages preventive maintenance to maintain ideal ice production. The touchscreen display also enables users to program daily volumes of ice production and stop production during slow periods to save on electrical costs. In 24 hours, the water-cooled machine can deliver as much as 703 pounds of dice-size cubes. Designed with an acoustic ice-sensing probe, ice is created at a thickness that upholds establishment standards, and an active sense accompanies this technology for consistent harvesting and improved reliability.

The Manitowoc IDT0750W ice machine head has a 30-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 21.5-inch-high structure to fit atop an ice storage bin (sold separately). Its DuraTech™ exterior resists corrosion and hides fingerprints and dirt with its clear coat. A hinged front door swings outward for full access to the removable water trough, distribution tube, curtain, and sensing probes for streamlined cleaning.
