The Manitowoc Ice IYT0750N ice machine head from the Indigo NXT™ series features easyTouch® icon-based controls that provide access to weight, time, and day/night settings. The display shows status updates, date and times, and cleaning instructions as needed. Additionally, the program performs self-diagnostics as scheduled. The unit's exterior is coated in clear, corrosion-resistant DuraTech®. As this ice maker is remote cooled, it requires a separate purchase of a condensing unit and refrigerant lines.

Production for the Manitowoc Ice IYT0750N ice machine is dependent on ambient and internal temperature. Ideally, with an ambient temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit and an internal temperature of 50 degrees Fahrenheit ,the unit can create 720 pounds of half-cube ice in 24 hours. Its half-cube ice is ideal for standard drink service, including water, soda, iced tea, and lemonade. The inside is easy to clean as the water trough, distribution tube, curtain, and sensing probe are removable. To slow the growth of bacteria and mold, some internal components are made with antimicrobial AlphaSan®.
