Producing dice-cube style ice, the Manitowoc Ice IYT1200A half cube ice machine head is useful for locations such as bars and restaurants that often serve soft drinks and mixed cocktails. Great for high-volume locations, it can produce as much as 1,213 pounds of ice per day in favorable ambient conditions. Coated with DuraTech™ clear overlay, the ice machine head resists damage such as rust, dents, and fingerprint smudges. The built-in self-diagnostic features monitor performance 24 hours per day, and alert users when maintenance or repairs are needed.

The Manitowoc Ice IYT1200A ice machine head produces half-dice cube ice, a type that fills glasses efficiently and promotes product displacement. For cleaning and maintenance purposes, a front access door on the unit opens outward on hinges and several key components are removable. Improving the unit’s resistance to microbial growth, some parts are treated with AlphaSan® antimicrobial enhancement. An acoustical ice-sensing probe moderates machine production.
