Employees can adjust this unit's temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using an electronic temperature control system, and to minimize heat loss, it's insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.

The True STG2R-2G-HC refrigerator is a reach-in model divided into two sections; overall, it measures 525⁄8 inches wide by 351⁄4 inches deep by 837⁄8 inches high. It's situated on 5-inch-diameter plate castors to ease mobility for service or cleaning purposes.
