While the exterior sides, interior walls, and back of the unit are constructed of sturdy, corrosion-resistant aluminum, the floor, ceiling, and doors are made of stainless steel. The cabinets and doors are insulated with foamed-in-place Ecomate—a dense polyurethane material. Each section of the refrigerator contains three wire shelves, which are finished with PVC coating to minimize moisture damage. The interior is brightened with shield-protected LED lighting so staff can view products with ease. Bottom-mounted plate castors make this unit simple to relocate for cleaning and maintenance, and to secure it in place during operation, the two front castors feature locking brakes.

The front of this reach-in refrigerator is fitted with two left-hinged doors that are self-closing to minimize thermal escape. These doors are simple to open and close using the solid metal door handles, and so users can access the interior for extended periods, the door can be propped open at 120 degrees. For enhanced support, each door is attached to the face of the cabinet using four external cam-lift hinges. Magnetic door gaskets establish a secure seal to further reduce temperature fluctuations; these gaskets can be removed for in-depth cleaning. To propel air consistently while conserving energy, the evaporator and condenser fans are electronically commutated. The evaporator coil is located outside of the food zone to increase interior space, and for increased protection from moisture, it's coated with corrosion-resistant epoxy. Ideal for cold produce, desserts, and proteins, it maintains temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit; these temperatures can be observed in Fahrenheit or Celsius on the digital thermostat.
