To complement other back-of-house equipment without sacrificing durability, its front, top, sides, back, and interior are made of stainless steel—a durable, rust-resistant metal that can simply be wiped clean. This freezer is built with two pull-out drawers positioned on heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers for smooth opening and closing. The drawers' magnetic gaskets ensure secure closure to reduce the chance of temperature fluctuations. Each drawer can support one 12-inch-long by 20-inch-wide by 60-inch-deep food pan (sold separately), and for a streamlined appearance, the unit's top is flush with the drawers' fronts. Staff can simply reposition or transport this unit since it's fitted with 2 1⁄2-inch-diameter castors.

The entire unit is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation to retain generated temperatures, and to prevent icy buildup from forming, staff can set times for automatic defrost cycles. Its electronic temperature control features a digital display so operators can quickly adjust and monitor interior temperatures. Users can simply slide out the rear condensing unit for maintenance.
