Insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, the True TUC-27F-HC undercounter freezer keeps cold air inside, and its stainless steel exterior is heavy duty. The clear-coated, aluminum-lined interior is convenient to clean, while the stainless steel floor has coved corners that do not trap debris because they are designed without crevices. Product can be stored on the floor and on two adjustable, PVC-coated shelves. To prevent cold air from leaking out, a magnetic gasket lines the edge of the door, which is comfortable to open with a 12-inch recessed handle.

For convenient cleanup and maintenance, its refrigeration system is accessible from the back, and its work surface is 34 inches tall, complying with ADA standards. The epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion, and an even amount of air is produced by the condenser and evaporator fan motors. Using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, the True TUC-27F-HC undercounter freezer maintains an average temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit.

The condensing coil is consistently cleaned off with the automated condensing fan motor mechanism.
