The True TUC-60F-HC~SPEC1 Spec Series® undercounter freezer is constructed of stainless steel and has lockable doors that are lined with clear-coated aluminum. Its positive-seal, self-closing doors swing within cabinet dimensions and have a 90-degree, stay-open feature for convenience when loading product. Insulated with polyurethane, the cabinet and solid doors retain cold air, while its lockable 5-inch-diameter castors elevate the work surface height to 36 inches. To support product, this unit has four PVC-coated wire shelves that are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments and come with four chrome-plated clips each.

Designed with the ability to maintain temperatures at -10 degrees Fahrenheit, the True TUC-60F-HC~SPEC1 two-section undercounter freezer uses a factory-balanced refrigeration system with guided airflow for consistent temperatures throughout. Evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent air volume, reduced energy consumption, motor reliability, and production of little heat. Its capillary tube system uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and the defrost system can be controlled manually with an electronic digital display or automatically with time-initiated and time-terminated settings.

The condensing fan motor reverses for 20 seconds when the compressor cycles on, blowing air toward the condensing fan motor to remove buildup, such as dirt and debris, from its surface. A cleaner coil can operate more efficiently by keeping products cool without using as much energy. Though it can also help lengthen the unit's lifespan, this mechanism shouldn't replace common preventive maintenance practices.
