Equipped with four shelves that are adjustable in 1⁄2-inch increments, the True TUC-60F-HC~SPEC3 Spec Series® undercounter freezer maintains an operating temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit, which is ideal for holding frozen foods and ice cream. The factory-engineered capillary tube system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and guided airflow ensures uniform temperatures throughout. Electronically commutated fan motors provide motor reliability and a consistent volume of air, keeping products cooled. To keep the unit running properly, its defrost system is time initiated and time terminated, and it can be automatic or controlled with a digital display.

The unit's lifespan can be increased with the reverse condensing fan motor technology. By reversing in direction for 20 seconds when the compressor cycles on, the fan motor helps remove settled dirt and dust from the condensing coil, enabling it to perform more efficiently. A cleaner coil uses less energy while keeping products cool. Despite its effectiveness, this technology should not replace regular preventive maintenance checks.

Constructed of stainless steel and insulated with high-density polyurethane, the True TUC-60F-HC~SPEC3 undercounter freezer has 3-inch-diameter stem castors and a 34-inch work surface height, making it ADA compliant. Positive-seal, self-closing doors feature all-metal handles and 90-degree, stay-open technology, swinging within cabinet dimensions. Magnetic door gaskets are made of one-piece construction and can be removed without tools for cleaning.
