Turbo Air PST-28-12-N-CL Description

The stainless steel construction of the Turbo Air PST-28-12-N-CL sandwich and salad prep table ensures durability through repeated use. To ensure chill retention, the cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane, and storage is provided on one shelf. Accessible with a single swing-open door, this unit has an interior capacity of 8 cubic feet. Ensuring nothing is stolen or tampered with, the door can be locked at the end of the night.

Enabling installation against a wall, the Turbo Air PST-28-12-N-CL salad prep table breathes from the side. It has a self-contained refrigeration system that cools with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures of 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The top accommodates 12 food pans to hold ingredients, which can be assembled and prepared on the 9 1⁄2-inch cutting board.
