Fitted with a front-breathing refrigeration system, the Turbo Air PST-28-FB-N PRO Series sandwich/salad prep table can be placed in tight spaces without restricting ventilation. It features a 6.5-cubic-foot refrigerated base with a solid right-hinged door that includes a lock and aluminum liner. One adjustable stainless steel shelf is included inside the cabinet, and interior LED lighting brightens the contents. The stainless steel cabinet includes a galvanized bottom, while a 9 1⁄2-in.-deep polyethylene cutting board offers a convenient prep surface with a side rail.

The Turbo Air PST-28-FB-N refrigerator maintains safe holding temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit with a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used along with a corrosion-resistant evaporator and cold bunker airflow system that surrounds the pan cutout with cold air. A self-cleaning condenser removes dust from the coil daily, and fan control helps retain cold air during door openings. The insulated hood and lid are removable for simplified cleaning and access to the top pan area.
