This unit uses a Cold Bunker system to circulate chilled air above and beneath the pans, preserving ingredients below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Turbo Air PST-72-30-FB-N sandwich/salad prep table features a front-breathing refrigeration system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and includes a self-cleaning condenser.
