Strong in construction and designed for even heating, the Winco AFP-8NS-H frying pan is part of the Majestic™ series. It's constructed of 3003 aluminum alloy for corrosion resistance and has a 31/2-millimeter-thick base for quality heat transfer. The handle is attached by riveting and comes with a silicone sleeve to protect chefs' hands against temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Finished with a Quantum2® nonstick coating, this pan promotes efficient movement and sports an 8-inch diameter for smooth plating of crunchy potato latkes or vibrant, pan-fried asparagus. The pan is not dishwasher safe, though it comes with a hanging hole to maximize storage space.
