Great for high-volume pizzerias, the Winco ALPR-26BK pizza pan rack has 26 tiers. Each level can hold a 17-inch or 19-inch circular pizza pan, and the 41⁄8-inch pan ledges provide a wide, sturdy surface for support. These ledges have 2 inches of space between each of them; altogether, they can support 800 pounds. Because it's mounted on 5-inch full-swivel casters, it can be moved in kitchens. Locks on these casters keep them in place when needed. Overall, this aluminum rack measures 23 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 627⁄8 inches tall and ships knocked down for an economical alternative to fully assembled, welded units.
