American Range ME-2 Description

Great for high-volume baking, the American Range ME-2 double-deck convection oven has two chambers with five racks in each section. These racks are adjustable into 12 different positions, and they can accommodate full-size pans side to side and front to back since the interiors have bakery depths. Made of porcelain, the interior liner is durable and prevents food from sticking. Interior lighting ensures product is visible, but the doors don't have viewing windows, so they have to be opened to check product; this design minimizes heat loss while baking. The doors have a dependent design, opening simultaneously with a single handle.

This American Range ME-2 commercial convection oven uses a two-speed fan to evenly move heat throughout the baking cavities, speeding up the cook process to improve production. The temperature is adjustable with manual controls and a range from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Depending on the application, operators can also set a 1-hour timer.
