Operators can adjust the temperature between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit using the manual thermostatic controls, while an electronic spark igniter ensures reliable ignition. A 1-hour timer and burner “on” light help monitor cooking progress, and the oven cool switch enables rapid cooldown after use. The unit’s two-speed, 1/2-HP fan motor evenly circulates heat for consistent results.
