To streamline installation, the Manitowoc Ice IDT0300A-161/SPA312-161 ice maker with dispenser has a self-contained refrigeration system. It's air cooled and uses R410a refrigerant to create 230 to 305 pounds of ice per day depending on operating conditions. The unit's exterior is made of smudge- and corrosion-resistant DuraTech™ and the components in the foodzone are removable to facilitate cleaning. Because it's coated with AlphaSan® antimicrobial, it inhibits the growth of unsanitary bacteria, mold, or mildew.

The Manitowoc Ice IDT0300A-161/SPA312-161 full-cube ice maker with dispenser operates with a push button to fill a bucket. Its dispenser accommodates 180 pounds of ice and can be used to hold half-size or full-size cubes. To prevent ice from spilling and creating waste, the dispenser has a rocking chute, and the exterior is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel with vinyl trim. During slow and busy time periods, the ice production can be programmed, and it harvests with an acoustic probe.
