Ice production can be programmed in the Manitowoc Ice IDT0450W-161/SPA312 ice maker with dispenser based on a desired volume or time of day. The maximum amount it can make daily is 430 pounds. Each ice cycle is monitored by a sensing probe that checks ice thickness. Cleaning this unit is simple since the food zone is accessible behind the front door panel. Some of the integral components are removable to further simplify cleaning. An antimicrobial agent is integrated into the unit to slow bacteria growth between cleanings. The dispenser holds 180 pounds and is ideal for filling buckets in hotels and motels.
