The Manitowoc Ice IDT0620A-161/SFA192 Indigo NXT™ ice maker with dispenser can produce 560 pounds in 24 hours. This amount depends on the ambient air and incoming water temperatures, and operators can program it to best suit a specific application. Perfect for alcoholic drinks and regular beverages, it makes full-cube ice that measures 0.875 inch by 0.875 inch by 0.875 inch. This large ice type will not cool drinks as quickly as smaller ice types. An acoustical probe measures ice thickness with sound waves to ensure every cycle is consistent.

With the ice maker's touchscreen display, operators can check menu settings and find information on the unit's energy and maintenance. Preventive maintenance and diagnostics run continuously to provide additional machine information. Accessing the internal components is facilitated by the food zone door, which has a hinged, swing-out design. Some of these parts are removable, and others are made with an antimicrobial agent that slows bacteria growth between cleanings.

Large containers as tall as 10.5 inches fit in the dispensing area, and its built-in valve serves water and ice. An integrated rocking chute mechanism in the dispenser prevents spills, and if ice overflows, a large drain pan catches it, keeping floors dry and clean.
