Featuring an icon-based easyTouch® display, the Manitowoc Ice IDT0750A-261/SPA312 Indigo NXT™ ice maker and dispenser is user friendly. Its daily production level is programmable, and operators can pause production with the delay feature when needed. The display also provides maintenance alerts to help keep the unit running smoothly, and to speed up service calls, it self-diagnoses issues.

This Manitowoc Ice IDT0750A-261/SPA312 ice machine and dispenser makes dice ice that measures 7/8 of an inch on each side. While these cubes are not as large as Manitowoc's regular or gourmet cubes, they still melt slowly and work for hotel bags or buckets. The unit's large dispensing area accommodates most containers, and the large drain pan can hold excess ice, helping keep the floor dry. The quick-to-respond dispenser lever cuts down on waste, while the internal agitator helps empty all cubes from the interior.

To create pure ice, this unit sprays water upwards onto the evaporator, so the sediment can fall off instead of freezing. Food zone components consistently touch the water and are protected against bacterial growth with AlphaSan® protection.
