In the right conditions, this unit can create as much as 703 pounds of ice in 24 hours while also allowing operators to input the daily production level for consistent results. This and other settings are programmable with the easyTouch® screen, which is icon-based for simple use, streamlining the programming process while providing alerts for cleaning and preventative maintenance.

This Manitowoc Ice IDT0750W/SFA292 ice maker and dispenser can keep 180 pounds of ice ready to dispense, and its dispensing area has two levers—one for water and one for ice. To prevent ice and water overflow, the rocking chute mechanism activates and deactivates quickly. Below the levers, a large drain pan catches spillage, and the metal DuraTech™-coated exterior resists corrosion.
