The Manitowoc Ice IDT0900A-261/SFA292-161 full-cube ice maker with dispenser uses an acoustical ice sensing probe to track ice cube thickness, providing a consistent ice cube throughout the day. To streamline cleaning, the distribution tube, water trough, curtain, and sensing probes are removable and can be wiped down.
