The Manitowoc Ice IYT0900W-261/SFA292-161 Indigo® NXT™ ice machine and dispenser makes half-size cubes, which are great for bagging in bulk or cooling drinks. The cubes automatically fall into the dispenser, where they are held until needed. The dispenser base holds as much as 180 pounds, and its touchless lever-activated ice chute eliminates the need for users to dispense ice with their hands; instead, pressing an ice bucket or glass against the lever initiates dispensing. Stray ice collects in the oversized drain pan to reduce the risk of safety hazards. This dispenser base also features a built-in water valve for on-demand water dispensing.

This Manitowoc Ice IYT0900W-261/SFA292-161 ice maker and dispenser can produce 785 pounds of ice in a day, or it can be programmed to produce a specific amount. For reliable performance in various environmental conditions, it's built with an acoustical ice-sending probe and active-sense technology. Overnight, users can use its delay function to pause production and save energy. The straightforward touchscreen controls are simple to use, and because options are marked with icons, users can operate the machine without referring to the instruction manual each time.

Both the unit's ice maker head and dispenser bottom have a DuraTech™ exterior that resists corrosion, fingerprints, and dirt to ease cleaning. In the head's foodzone, parts are primed with AlphaSan® antimicrobial protection that slows the growth of microbes and harmful bacteria. The water trough, distribution tube, curtain, and sensing probes can be removed so staff can clean the foodzone's hard-to-reach areas.
