The Manitowoc IYT1200W-261/SFA292 Indigo NXT™ ice machine and dispenser is constructed of stainless steel to withstand regular use, with a coating that reduces scratches and stains. Its head can produce 1,138 pounds of half-dice ice every 24 hours. This ice cools liquids quickly but is not ideal for cocktails that are meant to be sipped slowly because it will water them down. The thickness of the cubes is monitored by an acoustical ice probe. Certain components have an antimicrobial agent built in to slow bacteria growth between cleanings.

The dispenser stores 180 pounds of ice. Spills are reduced by a rocking chute dispense mechanism, and overflow is caught in a drain pan to reduce messes. A built-in valve also dispenses water so guests at hotels and resorts have ample access to a beverage. This Manitowoc IYT1200W-261/SFA292 ice machine and dispenser has on/off activation and a built-in agitator that prevents ice from bridging.
