It has a 31/2-millimeter-thick base to transfer heat and offers a riveted handle for added strength, which is great for searing flaky ahi or pan frying crispy chicken cutlets. Made of 3003 aluminum alloy, this pan resists corrosion and maintains its natural finish to remain organic with an upscale appearance. Though this pan is not dishwasher safe, it has a 14-inch diameter for smooth maneuvering and plating. Additionally, the pan includes a hanging hole to maximize storage space.
