Winco AFP-14XC Description

A durable yet efficient pan in commercial kitchens, the Winco AFP-14XC frying pan is part of the Gladiator™ series. With a 14-inch diameter and 31/2-millimeter-thick base—ideal for heat transfer—this pan is great to utilize when frying a fresh omelet or searing a fillet of juicy tuna. This pan features Excalibur® nonstick coating that provides scratch resistance. Because this pan is secured to its handle with riveting, movement is simplified. While this pan is not dishwasher safe, it does include a hanging hole to maximize storage.
