Though this pan can't be machine washed because of its 3003 aluminum alloy construction, it helps resist corrosion and offers strength in any kitchen. Its handle is attached through riveting, includes a hanging hole to maximize storage space, and is paired with a silicone sleeve to protect hands against temperatures as high as 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Finished with the Excalibur® nonstick coating, this scratch-resistant pan is structured to facilitate movement when browning crackling polish sausage or pan frying crispy calamari.
