This 10-inch-diameter piece is built with a thick, riveted ergonomic handle featuring a comfortable silicone sleeve; these components lend a secure grip during transport and resist temperatures as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit to protect staff from burns. To prolong its service life, this pan should be washed by hand with warm water, mild soap, and a soft, non-abrasive sponge.
